Job summary

Northrop Grumman in the United States is seeking a Sr Principal Aeronautical Engineer to drive test planning, execution, and documentation for cutting edge aerospace systems. A STEM degree and an active Secret clearance are required, with possible Top Secret/SCI eligibility and occasional travel.

You will develop and peer review test procedures, participate in both formal and informal test events, and prepare technical artifacts. Flexibility for shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a STEM discipline and relevant professional/military experience.
• Active US Government Secret clearance with recent background investigation or Continuous Evaluation.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret and SCI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, execution and peer review of test procedures.
• Participate in formal and non-formal test execution events.
• Contribute to test planning, problem report validation and data analysis.
• Create required test artifacts and support System Test leadership.
• Attend System Test meetings and adapt to shift schedules.
