Job summary

Cadence Design Systems in California seeks a Product Engineer for Integrity 3D-IC to develop interfaces and integrate Cadence tools into the Integrity 3D-IC platform, collaborating with R&D to advance 3D-IC system planning, implementation and verification.

You will work with field teams on customer engagement, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with multiple R&D groups to enable 3D-IC solutions, including Agentic AI applications, ensuring robust designs and effective support.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 10+ years or MS degree and 5+ years of engineering experience in semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on scripting with TCL, Perl, YAML, Python.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop interfaces and integrate Cadence tools into the Integrity 3D-IC platform.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop and enhance 3D-IC solutions including planning, implementation, and verification.
