You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into production-ready solutions, leveraging C++, Tcl, Python, and Java to enhance usability and efficiency in design workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/EE or related technical field.
• Experience developing EDA software and design automation flows.
• Strong background in data structures and algorithms for EDA.
• Experience with 3DIC, interposer, and RDL design flows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable EDA flows using C++, Tcl, Python, and Java.
• Develop AI/LLM-based automation for 3DIC applications, including flow generation, debugging assistants, and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
• Integrate 3DIC flows into a broader platform system supporting 3DIC, interposer, and RDL system flows.
• Design and automate workflows to improve usability, productivity, and debugging efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements and deliver production‑quality solutions.
