Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field required.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso and related IC design flows.
10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end solutions for 3D IC, heterogeneous integration, and advanced packaging design flows.
Collaborate with strategic customers to translate challenges into product specifications.
Produce PRS, use cases, and support R&D through development.
Create demonstrations, workflows, and enablement materials for adoption.
Troubleshoot design-flow issues and prioritize bug fixes and enhancements.
Support product launches, customer engagements, and industry events.
Deliver from definition to deployment with strong execution and accountability.
