Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) seeks a Manager, Scheduling & Planning to lead a team of Project Schedulers and Planners on complex EPC and utility construction projects. You will oversee Primavera P6 scheduling, integrated master schedules, baselines, updates, forecasts, and resource-loaded schedules to ensure alignment with execution milestones.

This role requires 10+ years in EPC scheduling, strong people-management skills, and the ability to collaborate with project leaders,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience in EPC/construction projects.
• Demonstrated people-management experience leading scheduling teams.
• Expert Primavera P6 skills and CPM scheduling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Schedulers and Planners.
• Direct Primavera P6 scheduling across integrated master schedules, baselines, updates, forecasts.
• Manage resource allocation across projects with leadership alignment.
• Lead critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, time impact analyses, and recovery planning.
• Oversee cost-loaded schedules, earned value management (EVM), and project controls reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering and construction teams, clients, and subcontractors to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Establish Primavera P6 standards and scheduling best practices.
