Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is seeking a Manager, Scheduling & Planning in Scottsdale, AZ, to lead a team of Project Schedulers and Planners. You will drive Primavera P6 scheduling, integrated master schedules, baselines, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with scope, staffing, and milestones.

You will oversee resource loading, risk analysis, and recovery strategies to protect critical milestones and improve schedule performance across complex EPC and utility projects.

Competenze

• 10+ years of EPC construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience leading and developing scheduling teams.
• Expert-level Primavera P6 and strong CPM expertise.
• Experience with integrated master schedules, cost- and resource-loaded schedules, EVM, and schedule forecasting.
• Knowledge of schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, time impact analysis, and recovery schedules.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction execution.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Schedulers and Planners, overseeing workload allocation, technical development, performance, and accountability across multiple projects.
• Direct Primavera P6 scheduling, including integrated master schedules, baselines, updates, forecasts, and resource-loaded schedules aligned with project scope, staffing, and execution milestones.
• Manage resource allocation and utilization across projects, partnering with project and construction leadership to align staffing, equipment, and sequencing with project demands.
• Lead critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, time impact analysis (TIA), and recovery strategies to mitigate delays, address constraints, and protect key milestones.
• Oversee cost-loaded schedules, earned value management (EVM), and project controls reporting to evaluate performance, identify risks, and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering and construction teams, clients, and subcontractors to resolve scheduling conflicts and drive on-time project delivery.
• Establish Primavera P6 standards and scheduling best practices while supporting proposals, project startup, and execution strategy.
