Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sr Pricing Analyst to drive price optimization and analytics. The role collaborates with Merchandising, Marketing, Stores and IS teams, operating in a hybrid model from the Legacy West Plano, TX center.

The successful candidate will analyze pricing performance, develop automated reporting, and apply price elasticity models across categories and regions. Prior experience with Nielsen/Revionics/PROS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, math, or finance required.
• 3–5 years of business experience in retail or consumer products preferred.
• Experience with pricing systems and tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to build strong relationships with key partners and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Price Execution Analysis: use internal systems to implement pricing strategies and monitor results.
• Analyze pricing performance data and adjust pricing as needed.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Ops, and IT to refine pricing execution.
• Develop automated reporting tools to track pricing metrics.
