Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Digital Operations Analyst to own and optimize performance across digital platforms from our Legacy West area in Plano.

You will analyze data, build dashboards, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive efficiency and growth across ecommerce channels. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in digital analytics or ecommerce ops, strong BI tool skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital analytics or ecommerce operations.
• Proficient with GA4, Power BI, Tableau, SFCC.
• Strong ecommerce KPI and customer analytics knowledge.
• Excel, data querying, reporting, and dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate across fast-paced teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Mentoring experience is a plus.
• Autonomous, proactive, and curious.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day digital operations, including issue tracking.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Perform testing, QA validation, and deployments for updates.
• Monitor workflows and backlogs to ensure delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting.
• Document processes and best practices.
• Support analytics, CMS, ecommerce platforms, and ticketing tools.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decisions.
