Job summary

MMC Group LP in Dallas seeks a Manager of Pricing & Product Economics to lead data-driven pricing and profitability for enterprise software and SaaS in home care. This role builds frameworks and P&L models from scratch, influencing senior leadership across Finance, Product, and Sales.

You will own pricing strategy, governance, and discounting, develop unit economics, partner with FP&A for forecasting, and deliver dashboards with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in pricing, product finance, or FP&A.
• Direct B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services exp preferred.
• Strong data analytics using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Ability to influence senior leadership in ambiguous, build-it-from-scratch environments.
• Proven ability to develop P&L models and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy across SaaS, services, and bundles.
• Develop pricing models, governance, and discount frameworks.
• Build product-level P&L and unit economics frameworks.
• Evaluate financial viability of new product investments.
• Partner with Sales to guide deals and pricing.
• Create executive dashboards on pricing and profitability.
• Deliver margins improvements and cost-to-serve insights.
• Collaborate with FP&A to integrate into forecasts.
