Freshworks is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy & Analytics to shape how we price, package, and monetize our global SaaS portfolio. You will own the analytical foundation and partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and leadership to translate data into clear pricing recommendations.

You’ll write SQL, build executive dashboards, validate datasets, and present business insights to senior stakeholders to drive measurable impact. Hybrid role with 3x/week onsite in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pricing strategy, analytics, or BI in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven pricing, packaging, and monetization recommendations across the global SaaS portfolio.
• Define pricing KPIs and governance for revenue performance.
• Own data foundation by integrating CRM, CPQ, billing, product usage data.
• Create executive dashboards for price performance across products and geographies.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for pricing decisions and quarterly reviews.
• Model financial impact with cross-functional teams to support pricing initiatives.
• Translate complex analyses into concise executive recommendations.
