Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst to join our Client Analytics & Data Science organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional execution, helping to transform how Realtor.com captures value, aligns pricing across offerings, and enables sustainable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and data fluency, along with a passion for using experimentation to inform monetization

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing strategy or monetization analytics in digital marketplaces or SaaS.
• Proven ability to run data-driven pricing experiments and translate results into strategy.
• Strong cross-functional communication to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-product pricing strategies to align Realtor.com’s portfolio.
• Develop data-driven pricing and packaging frameworks based on customer value.
• Bridge Product, Sales, Analytics, and Marketing to govern pricing decisions.
• Build SQL-based pricing models and financial simulations for scenario analysis.
• Benchmark pricing structures against market trends and competition.
• Guide deal desks and sales teams with analytical pricing advice.
• Establish scalable pricing processes, dashboards, and governance.
• Translate findings into actionable narratives for leadership.
