Job summary

Realtor.com seeks a Senior Data Analyst to partner across Product, Tech and Pricing, driving revenue optimization and lead lifecycle decisions. You will build predictive models, craft dashboards and guide allocation rules to maximize yield and client satisfaction.

In this role you will own advanced forecasting, scenario analysis, and KPI development, working with AWS/Snowflake and data visualization tools to influence executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field with 5+ years of data analysis experience; advanced degree aligns with seniority.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience building optimization models; Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with visualization tools and cloud data platforms; ability to translate insights to exec dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Intelligence Strategy & Support: define and align lead inventory allocation and optimization across geographies.
• Advanced Forecasting & Modeling: evolve forecasting models for lead delivery and sales pipeline.
• Inventory & Yield Optimization: identify high-value leads by geography; propose rules-based allocation.
• Impact Simulation: model knock-on effects of changes to product eligibility and allocation rules.
• KPI Development & Monitoring: create and track KPIs for lead delivery and revenue optimization.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: collaborate with Product, Tech, Pricing, and Client Engineering.
