Job summary

Tines, a growing enterprise SaaS platform, seeks a Senior Manager, Pricing to shape monetisation strategy and pricing for our platform. The role blends long-term strategy with hands-on execution, building evidence from customers, markets and financial data to guide enterprise decisions.

You’ll partner across Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Finance and Enablement on complex deals and pricing models. As the leader of pricing, you will own the roadmap, drive model testing, and help scale the function

Qualifications

• Proven track record turning customer/value evidence into strategic recommendations.
• Experience shaping monetisation models and pricing for complex, sales-led SaaS businesses.
• Strong ability to evaluate value, willingness to pay and market trends to inform pricing decisions.
• Executive communication skills to present and defend pricing strategy to leadership.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing and Enablement.
• Demonstrated leadership across teams and capability-building initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define monetisation, pricing and commercial strategy aligned with product and company goals.
• Lead research into customer value, willingness to pay and market trends.
• Create monetisation options, model impact, test with market and recommend path.
• Translate research into evidence-based recommendations for leadership.
• Own pricing roadmap and backlog with prioritisation for foundational and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk and Finance to implement changes across systems and messaging.
• Measure impact through win rate, price realization, discounting and renewal outcomes.
• Build the pricing function with up to two team members as it grows.
