Tines is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing in the United States to lead monetisation, pricing and broader commercial strategy. You will research customer value, identify models, and translate findings into packaging, pricing and deals.

Deep commercial strategy experience in B2B SaaS and monetisation.
Experience shaping commercial models for a sales-led business.
Strong deal judgement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define monetisation, pricing and commercial strategy aligned to product and company goals.
Lead research into customer value, willingness to pay, and market trends.
Create monetisation options and model their impact, testing with the market.
Prepare evidence-based recommendations for the Pricing Steering Committee.
Own the pricing roadmap, prioritisation and intake processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Product Marketing and Finance on deals and changes.
Measure impact using win rate, price realization, and renewal outcomes.
