Job summary

Tines is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing to define and lead monetisation, pricing and broader commercial strategy for the platform. You will build evidence, shape models, set pricing roadmaps and influence major enterprise deals across Sales, Finance, Product Marketing and RevOps.

You will create options, test them in the market, and present a clear path forward to the Pricing Steering Committee while growing a small pricing team over time.

Qualifications

• Deep commercial strategy experience in B2B SaaS with value-based pricing.
• Strong ability to translate customer and market insights into pricing choices.
• Experience shaping monetisation models and packaging for complex sales-led businesses.
