The Principal Cost & Pricing Analyst will shape pricing strategies for a wide range of markets, develop cost narratives, and ensure proposals are competitive and compliant with customer requirements.

You will own Cost Volumes, BOE documents, and pricing models, collaborating with BD, Finance, Contracts, and operations to drive revenue growth and organizational sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with eight+ years in federal proposal pricing or government contracting.
• Experience developing Cost Volumes and Basis of Estimate documentation.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS pricing methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategies for proposals across multiple markets and win themes.
• Analyze solicitation requirements to determine pricing methodology and costs.
• Develop complete pricing packages including labor, materials, and travel costs.
• Ensure pricing aligns with capture strategy and financial objectives.
• Support pricing reviews, negotiations, and BAFOs.
• Serve as owner of proposal Cost Volumes and BOE documentation.
• Develop pricing models, templates, and financial analyses.
• Coordinate pricing with subcontractors and teaming partners.
• Validate cost estimates with historical data and vendor quotes.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and agency requirements.
