Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Minimum 4 years experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, data analytics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of contract administration, pricing, sales operations, or healthcare analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare contracting and reimbursement environments.
• Understanding of IDNs, GPOs, healthcare systems, and provider networks.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a pricing and contract administration expert for pricing strategies.
• Analyze contract terms, pricing structures, utilization, and market data.
• Review and implement pricing requests, contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Monitor performance, identify pricing risks, and recommend actions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Research, and Contracting.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for business decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare contracting and reimbursement dynamics.
• Lead process improvements, market research, and analytics to drive growth.
