Job summary

JM Eagle is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to own the pricing architecture for four product lines and six sales channels across multiple regions. You will maintain base pricing, regional freight and rebate structures, and serve as the primary advisor on margins for quotes.

You will gather competitive pricing intelligence, develop customer tiers, and partner with Finance to ensure accurate rebate accruals and realized margin reporting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in pricing, revenue management, or related finance in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution sectors.
• Strong Excel and data modeling skills; ability to maintain complex pricing structures.
• Experience explaining pricing logic to non-specialists and leading cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing architecture across product lines and sales channels.
• Advise Sales on deal pricing, quote strategy, and margin preservation.
• Coordinate with Finance to maintain rebate structures and margin reporting.
• Aggregate competitive pricing intelligence and maintain customer tiering.
