You will collaborate with pricing leadership to establish and implement pricing strategy and tactical plans, and mentor pricing analysts while ensuring pricing compliance across branches and major contracts.

You will analyze customer profitability, develop pricing model enhancements, and coordinate findings to support strategic decisions for OEM, MRO, and operating entities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 2 years pricing analyst experience required; 4 years preferred.
• 1 year leadership and coaching experience preferred.
• 1 year wholesale or retail distribution experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of pricing structures and techniques.
• Proficient in Excel, Access or SQL for analysis.
