Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking a Pricing Analyst to analyze pricing/compensation data and manage price approvals across SAP, CPQ, and sales processes. The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Global teams to ensure accurate price realization and profitable growth.

The analyst will develop dashboards, test system enhancements, and translate business needs into technical specifications while supporting strategic objectives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 1–2 years of business analytics experience in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency with MS O365 applications.
• Strong written and oral communications in business and technical writing.
• Excellent data management, analysis and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a process to review and update pricing to maximize profitability.
• Implement price changes in SAP and communicate to the sales force.
• Create and maintain key account price lists using net pricing.
• Maintain currency exchange rates in front-end systems.
• Manage commissions process and respond to inquiries from sales force.
• Maintain CPQ pricing approval level tables and participate in approvals.
• Lead programs to support BAC strategies and growth.
• Document processes for training, audit, and archiving.
