Job summary

WESCO Distribution in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst - Pricing to lead price planning and price management, collaborating with pricing leadership to establish strategy and tactical plans.

You will mentor pricing analysts, drive complex price and profitability decisions, and manage margin optimization projects, including pricing for OEM, MRO, and operating entities; you'll also support customer audits and ensure timely pricing submittals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• 2 years required, 4 years preferred of pricing analyst experience.
• 1 year of proven leadership and coaching experience is preferred.
• 1 year of wholesale or retail distribution experience is preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of pricing structures and techniques.
• Strategic problem solver, able to assess complex situations.
• Ability to generate accurate and timely analysis using advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access or SQL.

As a Senior Analyst - Pricing you will be responsible for price planning and price management. You will collaborate with pricing leadership to establish and implement pricing strategy and tactical plan. You will assist in leading workflow of pricing analysts, monitors pricing compliance, pricing analytics, and pricing and profitability fact finding process. You will suggest and implement enhancements to existing pricing processes and systems.
