Job summary

Amteck is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Project Manager (PMPM) to lead electrical preventive maintenance programs for multiple customer sites. You will drive planning, execution, and quality while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating outages, budgeting, and site audits, with a focus on improving reliability and safety. You will mentor technicians and coordinate with leadership teams to deliver successful project

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, service, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70B, NFPA 70E, OSHA requirements.
• Ability to interpret electrical one-line drawings and testing results.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive maintenance programs and related projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and maintain regular updates on status and opportunities.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and recurring maintenance opportunities.
• Coordinate outages, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead planning activities including scope, staffing, and procurement.
