Job summary

Amteck is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Project Manager for its Dyersburg team to drive successful maintenance programs and service projects. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and outages while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring safety compliance.

The role requires deep electrical maintenance knowledge, NFPA 70B/70E familiarity, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Service, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in industrial electrical maintenance or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70B, NFPA 70E, OSHA requirements, and electrical codes.
• Experience managing maintenance programs or service projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage preventive maintenance programs from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary customer contact and communicate project status and findings.
• Develop maintenance strategies to improve reliability and reduce risk.
• Manage project costs, labor, materials, and subcontractors to meet targets.
• Lead outages, scheduling, and coordination with field personnel and leadership.
