Job summary

Amteck in Dyersburg, TN is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Project Manager (PMPM) to lead electrical maintenance programs and service projects. You will plan, schedule, and manage scope, budgets, and safety compliance across multiple sites, building long-term customer partnerships and ensuring quality and reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, NFPA 70B/70E knowledge, and experience with outages, inspections, and data analysis.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of NFPA 70B electrical maintenance requirements.
Thorough understanding of NFPA 70E, OSHA regulations, and electrical safety practices.
Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and service projects across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Manage preventive maintenance programs, service agreements, and related projects from initiation to completion.
Serve as primary customer contact and communicate project status and opportunities.
Develop long-term customer relationships and recurring maintenance agreements.
Coordinate maintenance schedules, outages, and shutdowns across multiple locations.
Lead planning activities: scope, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resources.
Review maintenance reports and ensure safety and NFPA/OSHA compliance.
Mentor Maintenance Leads and Technicians; support workforce planning.
