Amteck is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Project Manager (PMPM) to lead electrical preventive maintenance programs across multiple customer sites. The PMPM will own project planning, execution, and safety oversight, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

You will drive maintenance strategies, coordinate outages, manage costs, and mentor maintenance teams while partnering with operations, safety, and engineering to optimize equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in industrial electrical maintenance or similar.
• Experience managing maintenance programs or service projects.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70B/70E and OSHA requirements.
• Familiarity with electrical distribution equipment and testing.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and customer expectations.

Responsabilités

• Manage preventive maintenance programs and related service projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary customer contact and maintain regular communication on status and opportunities.
• Develop strong customer relationships to secure long-term maintenance agreements.
• Coordinate annual maintenance schedules, outages, and inspections.
• Lead planning: scope, manpower, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, reporting.
