Amteck is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Project Manager to lead electrical PM programs, site audits, testing, and maintenance services for our Dyersburg operations. You will drive customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and financial performance across multiple locations, working with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep electrical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to translate maintenance findings into actionable recommendations for customers and internal leadership.

Formación

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, electrical service, reliability engineering or project management.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70B, NFPA 70E, OSHA requirements and electrical safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate outages, and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of preventive maintenance programs and related service projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary customer contact and maintain communication on project status, findings, and opportunities.
• Develop maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce risk.
• Coordinate outages, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Lead project kickoff, status reviews, and customer presentations; mentor technicians and coordinators.
