Amteck is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Project Manager to lead electrical PM programs, site audits, and maintenance projects in the Dyersburg area. The role focuses on planning, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, collaborating with operations, safety, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating outages, managing costs, developing maintenance strategies, and delivering reliable electrical service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in industrial electrical maintenance, service, reliability engineering or related field.
• Experience managing maintenance programs or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 70B and 70E, OSHA requirements, and applicable electrical codes.
• Ability to review maintenance reports, testing data, and equipment condition assessments.
• Willingness to travel up to ~50% to customer locations.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of preventive maintenance programs and related projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary customer contact and maintain ongoing communication on status and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships for recurring maintenance agreements.
• Coordinate outages, inspections, tests, and maintenance events with customers and field personnel.
• Lead planning activities: scope, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Review facilities to develop maintenance strategies that improve reliability and reduce risk.
• Manage project costs, labor, material expenditures, and subcontractors to meet objectives.
• Create and maintain project schedules and ensure deliverables across locations.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70B/70E, OSHA, NETA standards, and OEM requirements.
• Mentor Maintenance Leads and Technicians; support workforce planning and forecasting.
