Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet targets.
• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Oversee store performance, staffing, merchandising, and activations.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend per account.
• Plan in-store events and promotions to drive traffic.
• Design local training and coaching for Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure brand presentation.
• Lead recruiting and development of in-store talent.
