Job summary

DonerColle Partners seeks a Senior Presentation Designer to craft outward-facing materials that showcase our agency, capabilities, and work. You will design RFI/RFP responses, pitch decks, credentials, case studies and more for the new business team, translating client brand nuances into compelling visuals.

This role blends design, storytelling and business development, creating bespoke systems and templates while ensuring every piece reflects our distinct approach and craft.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating presentation design, visual storytelling and brand thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
• Experience with motion, simple animation and GIF creation.

Responsibilities

• Design RFI and RFP submissions, pitch decks, credentials, case studies and other new business materials.
• Create custom presentation templates and visual systems tailored to individual clients and opportunities.
• Help bring our agency positioning, capabilities, differentiation and work to life visually.
• Turn complex information into presentations that are clear, intuitive and compelling.
• Work closely with new business, strategy, creative, account leadership and senior agency leaders.
• Quickly understand prospective clients, their brands, categories, audiences and marketing objectives.
• Create simple animation, motion graphics, GIFs and other visual elements that make presentations engaging.
• Maintain a high level of craft and consistency across materials for prospective clients.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, contributors and rounds of feedback.
