Qualifications

• Portfolio required demonstrating strong visual storytelling, layout, and presentation design skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in visual/presentation design.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling presentations, pitch decks, and assets that tell a clear, engaging story.
• Collaborate with strategists, leads, and creatives to translate complex ideas into visual narratives.
• Own the visual identity of new business efforts to ensure consistency and polish across materials.
• Design using PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma to create high-impact visuals.
• Lead visual development of RFPs, proposals, and case studies tailored to each client.
