Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
• 6–9+ years of visual design experience with a focus on presentation design.
• Advanced PowerPoint expertise for design and storytelling.
• Strong typography, layout, color, and information design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; ability to integrate assets into decks.
• Experience collaborating with executive or senior leadership stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear visuals.
• Excellent communication, listening, and stakeholder management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing presentation design and executive communications.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive, leadership, and client audiences.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, visually compelling stories.
• Apply information design to structure content logically and intuitively.
• Elevate outlines, drafts, data, and notes into polished presentation materials.
• Serve as a trusted design partner to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and feedback in high-visibility situations.
• Clarify objectives, audience, and desired outcomes.
• Present design rationale and guide stakeholders toward strong visual solutions.
• Collaborate with the Creative Execution Lead and fellow designers on standards and priorities.
• Contribute to templates, visual systems, and storytelling frameworks.
• Align presentation materials with broader creative efforts in campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide peer feedback and improve visual communication quality.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, identity, and tone of voice.
• Maintain craftsmanship, accuracy, and executive-ready polish.
• Improve presentation workflows, templates, and processes.
• Create and maintain reusable assets, slide libraries, and visual components.
• Balance speed and quality in deadline-driven environments.
• Stay current on presentation design trends and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Report to the Creative Execution Lead.
