You will work as the sole operator supporting the client, manage deadlines, and ensure branding consistency across materials.

The role requires advanced PowerPoint and MS Office skills, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, mapping tools, and strong client-facing communication in a fast-paced, hybrid

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience creating and editing branded PowerPoint presentations
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
• Knowledge of mapping software (MapInfo, QGIS, ArcGIS)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Use logs and tracking software for presentation work
• Assess job requests and ensure task completion
• Create and edit pitch books and branded documents
• Coordinate intake and workflow and maintain client communications
• Ensure deliverables meet branding standards and deadlines
• Provide QA on own work and assist teammates
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues
• Adhere to client policies and protect confidential information
