Job summary

RRD in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Presentation Associate to provide presentation services for high‑profile clients. You will manage design work, ensure brand consistency, and coordinate with teams to deliver accurate, on‑time materials.

You will work with PowerPoint, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite to create pitch books, edit documents, and support client branding while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience creating and editing branded PowerPoint presentations.
• Advanced skill with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and PDF editing.
• Knowledge of mapping software such as MapInfo, GIS tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs and tracking software for all presentation work.
• Assess job requests thoroughly.
• Complete tasks throughout the task lifecycle.
• Create, edit, and correct document types to support branding.
• Coordinate intake and workflow for presentation requests.
• Meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
• Quality assurance on own work and the team’s.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware issues.
