RRD is seeking a Senior Presentation Associate in Midtown Manhattan to deliver high-quality client materials. You will create and refine polished corporate presentations, pitch books, and branded documents, working directly with stakeholders to meet fast-paced design requirements.

Strong PowerPoint and MS Office skills are essential, with experience in Illustrator/Photoshop and mapping tools. The role emphasizes client focus, professionalism, and adherence to branding standards in a hybrid

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years creating branded PowerPoint presentations in a legal, banking, or corporate setting.
Advanced MSOffice skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign a plus.
Knowledge of mapping software MapInfo, QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.
Strong attention to detail and ability multi-task under deadlines.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and correct multiple document types to support the client’s brand.
Design and enhance polished corporate presentations, pitch books, and branded documents.
Coordinate intake and workflow; ensure tasks meet client deadlines.
Communicate with team, leads, and clients on job or deadline concerns.
Trough QA on own work and others; troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues.
Maintain professional client relationships and adhere to policies.
