The role involves creating, editing and proofreading pitch books and client documents using PowerPoint and related tools, coordinating workflows and meeting deadlines.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, support multiple projects, and apply best practices in document formatting, QA, and client communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year presentations experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiar with Adobe PDF & Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs and tracking software for all presentation work.
• Assess job requests to ensure completion of tasks throughout the lifecycle.
• Create and edit presentation materials (pitch books, documents) to support the client’s brand using PowerPoint.
• Edit, proof, and format documents to client specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate intake and workflow with team members and clients as needed.
