Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Presentation Designer to create templates, backgrounds, and information graphics for high-level clients, primarily in PowerPoint with some Adobe Creative Suite work.

The role requires commuting to Phoenix, AZ, with a 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–9:00pm. You will produce pitch books and visuals, maintain templates, and ensure design quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• 4+ years of professional presentation or graphic design experience.
• Strong PowerPoint proficiency and Adobe Suite knowledge.
• Experience with charting in Excel and data visualization.
• Video and/or sound editing skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of print design is a plus.
• Excellent design sense and trend awareness.
• Ability to translate complex data visually while maintaining brand standards.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memoranda.
• Import and revise graphics files as necessary.
• Create and edit multi-page documents using templates and style sheets.
• Maintain production tracking data in internal systems.
• Coordinate workflow, priorities, and delegation within the team.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery with accuracy.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with monthly metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with managers and clients on deadlines and issues.
