Qualifications

• 7+ years of presales experience supporting enterprise software solutions.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills tailored for executives, technical teams, and end users.
• Extensive experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Presales Solution Consultants.
• Align talent to opportunities based on skills and readiness to maximize sales impact.
• Partner with Sales to shape opportunity strategy and competitive positioning.
• Maintain operational rigor with ongoing tooling, demos, and engagement models.
