Chapter 2 is expanding its presales team in Germany. We are seeking a Senior Presales Consultant to lead discovery, deliver demonstrations, and build business cases that win strategic enterprise deals. You will mentor peers and contribute to product strategy by feeding field insights.

The role requires fluent German and strong English, with 15–20% travel across Germany and the wider DACH region. Remote role based in Germany, with a senior, visible position in a growing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS presales roles with a track record.
• Able to lead consultative discovery and build ROI models.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with senior executives to uncover challenges.
• Design and deliver persona-driven demos showing business value.
• Build ROI models and business cases with prospects.
• Own the technical and value strategy across deals.
• Lead solution for complex RFPs and competitive POCs.
• Demonstrate platform fit with the prospect's ERP landscape.
• Mentor peers and raise team performance.
