Job summary

FICO is seeking a Presales Solutions Consultant within its B2B Scores business. You will partner with Scores Sales Executives and Client Success Managers to support acquisition, expansion, and renewal of FICO Score solutions across Consumer Lending clients.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in credit risk, consumer lending, and analytics.
• Strong experience in presales, solutions consulting, and analytics.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience engaging with executive and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales solution design and value articulation for FICO Scores products.
• Collaborate with SSEs and CSMs to align client objectives and ensure smooth handoff from presales to post-sale execution.
• Design and articulate solution configurations aligned to client needs and regulatory contexts.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders.
• Translate analytics, model performance, and score usage into business and ROI narratives for leadership audiences.
• Support presales activities across new logo, expansion, and renewal motions, including proposals and deal reviews.
• Contribute to pricing discussions with technical input and usage assumptions.
• Review client-facing materials for accuracy and relevance.
