Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance in a factory setting. You will observe equipment, diagnose root causes, disassemble parts, repair and test, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree or 3–5 years of related experience, plus knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree with technical focus or 3–5 years related experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems; ability to diagnose and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Observe operations to identify root causes and repair defects.
• Disassemble devices to access/replace parts and test performance.
• Support CI initiatives and maintain CMMS records.
• Train and assist lower-level technicians as needed.
