Job summary

Turner Construction Company, SourceBlue division, seeks an experienced on-site security operations lead for Saddle Brook, NJ. You will develop procedures to protect personnel and assets and work across preconstruction to ensure estimates align with project goals.

Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of building construction experience, with strong leadership and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and minimum 10 years of building construction experience.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, contracts, and cost control.
• Ability to develop client relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee on-site security operations and team.
• Develop and implement security procedures for people and assets.
• Lead preconstruction budgeting, estimates, and cost control across milestones.
• Coordinate with operations on schedule, logistics, safety, and constructability reviews.
• Execute performance reviews and mentor direct reports.
