Job summary

SourceBlue, a Turner Construction Company subsidiary, is seeking an experienced estimator/procurement lead to support major projects. Based in Saddle Brook, NJ or another Turner office, you will coordinate with design teams, vendors, and clients to develop bid packages and cost estimates.

You will oversee procurement schedules, review drawings, manage risk, and drive value engineering while ensuring compliance and timely communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with a minimum of 7 years of building construction experience or equivalent.
• Experience with a variety of building construction types.
• Thorough understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Foster interdepartmental collaboration and cross-functional teamwork to support project success.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, design community, and trades for SB business development.
• Review drawings, specifications, and documents; communicate design risks to SB senior management.
• Solicit vendor pricing and develop bid packages; assess bids against requirements.
• Coordinate procurement schedules and review subcontractor proposals; manage bid processes and awards.
