Qualifications

• Engineering or construction management degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 completion preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant construction estimating experience.
• Experience with Timberline Estimating, SmartBid, PlanSwift, Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct preconstruction activities for multiple negotiated multifamily projects.
• Assist in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, value analysis, and design management.
• Provide Value Engineering options as necessary.
• Coordinate pricing with construction services teams and safety leadership.
• Develop phasing and sequencing plans in consultation with Operations.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
