Vivmark Residential is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to shape the success of our multifamily development pipeline through leading cost estimating, value engineering, and constructability analyses from pursuit to completion.

You will partner with Development, Design, Capital Projects, and Construction teams to inform investment decisions and improve estimating accuracy across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CM, Architecture, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of construction estimating or preconstruction experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems, costs, and constructability.

Aufgaben

• Lead project estimating across conceptual to construction document stages.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization with design and construction teams.
• Support development decisions with project-level cost analyses and constructability reviews.
• Collaborate with Development, Design, Capital Projects, and Construction teams.
• Support trade contractor bidding and buyout through bid analysis and evaluation.
• Conduct post-construction cost reviews and share lessons learned.
