Vivmark Residential is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in Arlington, Virginia. You will lead regional estimating, drive value engineering, and perform constructability analyses from pursuit through completion, partnering with Development, Design, Capital Projects, and Construction teams.

This role requires steering cost forecasts, risks, and opportunities while supporting informed investment decisions and project pro formas across multiple multifamily development projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in construction estimating or preconstruction.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and constructability.
• Experience producing detailed cost estimates across design stages.

Aufgaben

• Lead project estimating across conceptual to construction document stages.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization throughout design phases.
• Support development decisions with cost analyses and pro formas.
• Collaborate with Development, Design, Capital Projects, and Construction.
• Manage trade partner bidding, evaluation, and buyout decisions.
• Conduct post-construction cost reviews and share lessons learned.
