Vivmark Residential in Florida is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Construction team and support multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion. This role offers exposure to every phase of development and a path to a long-term career in construction management.

You will collaborate with field teams, monitor schedules and budgets, assist with bid packages and permitting, and help deliver projects on time and on budget while maintaining high standards of quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Early-career construction experience via internships, project engineering, assistant project management, or related roles.
• Understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of multifamily construction projects.
• Review plans, drawings, and project documentation.
• Assist with bid packages, buyout schedules, procurement, and contracts.
• Help manage permitting and preconstruction activities.
• Track schedules, budgets, commitments, and progress.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist with project reporting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Support budget development throughout the lifecycle.
