Job summary

Turner Construction Co. is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee security operations for Critical Facilities-Data Centers. This role requires strong preconstruction expertise, GMP bid development, and collaboration with operations on schedules, budgets and risk management.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in construction management, client relationships, and process improvement through Lean/IPD methodologies. Remote work across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Building Construction experience required, or equivalent.
• Experience with various building types and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee on-site security operations and team.
• Develop and implement security procedures for protection of people and assets.
• Lead preconstruction deliverables, GMP and lump-sum bids.
• Coordinate with Operations on schedule, logistics, safety and constructability.
• Develop budgets for preconstruction and provide monthly updates.
• Lead meetings with owner, architect, and engineer during preconstruction.
