You will lead and coordinate day-to-day project activities, report to the Global Critical Facilities (TECH) vertical, and manage multiple locations across the United States, including DC area assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 10+ years in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities and advanced presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performance teams through supervision, coaching and mentoring.
• Manage and develop staff toward maximum performance and potential.
• Develop client relationships and manage project contracts and schedules.
• Oversee budget, QA/QC, risk evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ethics programs.
• Maintain master project schedule and prepare regular budget reviews.
