Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced construction leader to oversee multiple projects within the Critical Facilities-Data Centers division. You will drive performance, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance on-site in a high-stakes environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, strong contract knowledge, BIM/Lean capabilities, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 10 years of related construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles.
• Proven ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work and schedules.
• Experience with BIM and Lean methodologies is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate the overall management of multiple projects.
• Develop and communicate the Master Project Schedule; ensure adherence and updates.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting and project cost controls.
• Oversee QA/QC program and field operations; ensure safety compliance.
• Foster strong owner, architect, contractor and vendor relationships.
• Support preconstruction efforts and drive adoption of Turner initiatives and technologies.
• Communicate progress and issues through regular ORM meetings.
