Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent for a Critical Facilities-Data Centers project in the USA. You will supervise field construction, coordinate owner/architect/engineer interfaces, and drive project outcomes in schedule, budget, and quality.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree with extensive construction experience, strong leadership, BIM and Lean familiarity, and the ability to manage safety, cost control, and subcontractor performance on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus four years of related training and 15 years of building construction experience.
• Proficient in building systems, codes, and contract documents.
• Able to use BIM and Lean to enhance project results.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners/architects/engineers for day-to-day activities of the project.
• Lead, supervise, and develop Superintendents and staff, including performance appraisals.
• Develop and implement project setup and site logistics plan with the scope of work.
• Develop and implement overall project work schedules identifying the critical path and expediting materials/equipment.
• Review subcontractor schedule impacts and respond to productivity-related claims.
• Ensure safety program compliance with Turner standards and all applicable codes.
